Fitzpatrick in an official statement. NAMI thanked Senators Pete Domenici (R-NM), Ted Kennedy (D-MA), and Mike Enzi (R-WY) for leadership in sponsoring the legislation, and is calling now on the House of Representatives to end ten years of Congressional gridlock by passing S.558 and sending it to President Bush to be signed into law.
