Proposed Essential Health Benefits
On Dec. 16, 2011, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a bulletin on the Essential Health Benefits (EHB) outlining plans to implement the Affordable Care Act requirement that insurance plans offer at least a minimum set of essential health benefits. NAMI will be submitting formal comments and we urge you to submit comments on behalf of your NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate.
