On Wednesday, June 30 the NAMI Connection staff held a Master Class: Addressing the Common Challenges of Facilitating a Support Group at the 2010 national convention. This interactive master class was designed to provide attendees with practical solutions on how to handle concerns about fidelity, confidentiality and challenging situations.
