September 13, 2021

Sept. 23, 2021, 4–5:30 p.m. ET

NAMI Ask the Expert welcomes Dr. Christine Yu Moutier who will discuss several science-informed, evidence-based strategies to reduce suicide risk, both through a public health approach for an entire population as well as clinical interventions for patient care. As the science of suicide and prevention has grown rapidly over the past two decades, it has become more important than ever to share these prevention strategies and targeted ways to better identify risk.

After the presentation, NAMI’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ken Duckworth will moderate a Q&A session. This session will be recorded and posted to our website within 1–2 days of the webinar ending. A typed transcription of the audio will also be provided within 1 week of the webinar ending.
