When you or someone you know is seeking mental health support, do you know where to get help?

Today’s landscape of mental health support includes warmlines, helplines, and crisis lines. Each of these options is designed to help during different times of need. Whether an individual needs a peer to talk with, local mental health information, or a trained crisis counselor, there’s assistance available for multiple stages of seeking help.

This Ask the Expert session will help you understand:

  • Where to turn for help when you or a loved one is experiencing a mental health challenge
  • The continuum of support, including helplines, warmlines, and crisis lines, available to help seekers
  • Guidance on appropriate options at different levels of emotional distress

Register today and reserve your spot to hear from our guest experts Alex Boyd, Senior Manager of The Trevor Project’s 988 Digital Operations; Howard Trachtman, co-founder of Metro Boston Recovery Learning Community; and NAMI’s Chief Advocacy Officer, Hannah Wesolowski, and National HelpLine Services Director, Dawn P. Brown.

We welcome your participation and invite you to submit questions for our guest expert through the webinar registration form.
