Since 2022, the Mental Health College Guide has helped more than 50,000 young adults navigate their college years. College life is about more than taking classes; it’s a time of transition, when young adults branch out into new support systems and become independent.

Created in partnership with The Jed Foundation, the College Guide is a one-stop online resource designed to help young adults understand mental health through the pressures of college.

Now, the College Guide has expanded to include new resources for college educators! In the new section for educators, professors, TAs, and administrators can find advice and strategies for providing support to students who are struggling. For educators who have ever wanted to understand their students’ approach to mental health, the College Guide can help with information such as:
