National Director, Development
Strategic Alliances and Development
Amy Hutchinson’s passion for NAMI’s mission resides in her belief that mental health is a cross-cutting issue that affects every American. She helps mobilize resources and support to strengthen NAMI’s nationwide mental health movement by leading the organization’s direct marketing efforts and building strong relationships with leadership alliance donors.
Previously, she was the Head of Development for Just Associates—a global network of women movement builders—and the Development Director for the Center for American Progress’ Enough Project, aimed at ending genocide in central-Africa. Amy earned a master’s in sociology from American University and a bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from the University of Missouri.
