NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program. This means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.

NAMI Connection Support Group is a recovery support group for people living with mental Illness. The group is facilitated by trained peers.

We offer two 2 types of family support groups
Family and Friends is a group specifically for family members and friends of individuals living with mental illness.
The Parents/Caregivers of Adolescents and Young Adults Group is specifically
for loved ones of adolescents and young adults who are living with mental illness.

NAMI Ending the Silence

We offer Three different programs for three different target audiences:
NAMI Ending the Silence for Students
NAMI Ending the Silence for School Staff
NAMI Ending the Silence for Families
Each presentation is given by one of our Lead Presenters and one of our Young Adult Presenters. The Lead Presenter will cover information on Mental Health provided by NAMI National, and our Young Adult Presenter will touch on some of his real life experiences with Mental Health. There will be some time allocated for questions
