The FREE education course for families and friends of loved ones living with mental illness.
The course teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively.
A VIRTUAL 8 session class – offered once a week on Monday for 8 weeks ( excluding Oct 9th) from 6:00pm to 8:30pm via ZOOM:
