NAMI Connection
NAMI Connection is a weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

This meeting is open to the public and for anyone living with a mental health condition. Connection is a Peer-led support group with NAMI-trained facilitators who understand and live the journey you are on.
