This group was created to become a safe place for women with children who live or have lived in transitional housing by women who have lived in transitional housing. As we have moved from place to place with our families, without knowing where we will move next , it is difficult to stay connected to the support system that has been created for us at each location we have lived. We make friends that we can depend on, we lean on our case managers for guidance and support, then suddenly we move again. This group is meant for women to support and sustain each other by discussing problems affecting us in common. Please join us for support, resources, common issues, and goal setting.
