NAMI Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Groups are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

NAMI Family Support Group is an open meeting for family, partners, friends and caregivers of individuals living with a mental health condition. We are a Peer led support group with NAMI-trained facilitators who are loving and caring for a loved one with a mental health condition. Please join us. You are not alone.
