NAMI Connection
NAMI Connection is a weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

We require one-time registration for new group participants. If you will be attending Connection for the first time, please fill out the New Participant Form online at namicoloradosprings.org. Upon registering, you will receive an automated email that contains the new Zoom link for this group. You will be able to use the same link in future weeks.
