NAMI Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Groups are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

The meeting is open to adult Family members of individuals living with a Mental Health Condition. Registration required for each meeting. Please register in advance no later then 5 pm the Friday evening before the meeting by sending an email request to attend and verifying you are over 18 and the family member of someone with a Mental Health Condition. No outside observers.
