NAMI Connection
NAMI Connection is a weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

Please register no later than 5 pm the evening before the meeting. Open to adults over 18 living with a Mental Health Condition. Register each month by sending an email with a short note to verify that you meet the meeting requirements. No outside observers.
