Mr. Bell seeks opportunities for Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation to pursue scalable projects that generate business activity and increase wealth and prosperity for all Central Brooklyn residents. He leads Restoration’s weatherization and energy efficiency businesses, sustainability initiatives, economic development activities and various new business efforts.

Before joining the executive team in 2011, Mr. Bell enjoyed a Wall Street career that included real estate transactions with the Resolution Trust Corporation, Fannie Mae and M&A. His career includes positions as a trader, banker and portfolio manager at firms such as JPMorgan, Prudential Capital and Citigroup/ClearBridge/Legg Mason.

He remains active in both for-profit and non-profit activities, including serving as a Senior Advisor to Legacy Growth Partners since 2004. His non-profit work includes serving as Director of the Ralph Lauren Cancer Center in New York City.

Mr. Bell is an honors graduate of Harvard College and a recipient of a Rotary International Fellowship, from the University of Mexico. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and serves as a member of the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations.
