Going back to school can bring many big feelings. Students and families may feel excitement, anxiety, fear, and more as they return to school year routines. We’ve updated our Back to School resources to help parents and caregivers, educators, and students navigate back to school time, together.
With these resources any supportive adult can help young people develop positive mental health habits. We encourage all trusted adults to use the practical strategies, advice, and quick tips to foster meaningful conversations with students about their mental health.
For Parents and Caregivers: Learn how to create safe spaces for your children to talk about mental health and challenges they face while fostering mental wellness habits as a family.
For Educators and Youth Serving Professionals: Ensure you’re prepared to support students by knowing warning signs and cultivating emotional wellness skills within your classrooms and beyond.
For Students: These resources are designed to help students gain crucial, lifelong skills to plan for crises, prevent burnout, prioritize commitments, and more – all so young people know how to access care they need, when they need it.
