The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on mental health. The road to recovery will require the mental health community coming together to ignite powerful conversations, develop and discover solutions, and drive awareness — and that Time Is Now at Virtual NAMICon 2021.
Anyone interested in and impacted by mental health should register for NAMI’s annual national convention, dedicated to uplifting, empowering and informing the mental health community. Taking place over two days, the virtual event is the largest gathering of mental health advocates in the U.S. and will feature Plenary Speaker Joshua A. Gordon, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the National Institute of Mental Health.
By uniting, we can help shape access and inclusiveness to quality care; lead discoveries in treatment; find strategies toward recovery; advocate for meaningful change in policies; and bring greater awareness for people affected by mental illness.
