This webinar explains how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) can effectively support loved ones experiencing psychosis. CBTp is an evidence-based intervention recommended as a complementary treatment for psychosis. Our expert presenter—a nationally recognized trainer in this treatment — will provide an overview of CBTp, discuss its key skills and explore how family members may draw upon these skills to support their loved one.
Kate Hardy, Clin.Psych.D, is a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University and California Licensed Psychologist who has specialized in working with individuals with psychosis for over 15 years. She is the Co-Director of the INSPIRE clinic and Co-Section Chief of Specialty Clinics at Stanford University and provides psychosocial interventions for individuals with psychosis and their families.
Dr. Hardy is a nationally recognized trainer in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis, provides consultation to a range of clinicians in CBTp and early psychosis models of care, and has developed CBTp-informed interventions including CBTp-informed caregiving.
