If you were extremely worried or feeling sad and it won’t go away, would you know what to do?  If you had a fever for a long time, would you hope for the best or would you seek help? Everyone has mental health. Knowing the signs to look for and where to go when you need help is an important part of being mentally healthy.

Getting the right start matters. With support from family and friends and help from professionals, you can stay on the road to wellness. We created a “road map” to help you start a conversation with your support network and seek help when you need it. This guide to getting started on the road to living well will keep you in the driver’s seat of your mental health care.
