Shannon McCreesh (she/her/hers) is currently completing her bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Psychological & Brain Sciences at George Washington University. As a previous volunteer for the NAMI HelpLine, Shannon could not be more excited to use her experience in her new position on NAMI Next Gen. At GWU, Shannon is working to create a safer and healing environment for survivors of sexual trauma by
increasing the accessibility of resources such as support groups. With NAMI Next Gen, she plans to focus on making affordable resources more widely accessible for young adults.
